This one bedroom, ground floor apartment is available for rent in central Paphos, Cyprus. Paphos is a lively and fashionable resort in west Cyprus. The seafront area has lots of greenery, palm trees and oleander bushes are planted in abundance. Sirena Cypria is a 15 minute drive from the airport, and is situated on a very nice small, low-rise complex with a communal terrace area and attractive swimming pool.

The view from the lounge is a pleasant green view to a nice stone house and trees opposite. The lounge has a small private terrace outside with table and chairs. The bedroom has twin beds, and the lounge has a bed settee, so 1-4 people could be accommodated. The apartment is well maintained so everything is in mint, pristine condition.
The shower room is spacious and beautifully fitted. There is a separate attractive kitchen.

The nearest municipal beach is a 10-15 minute stroll away, where there is an excellent Cyprus restaurant with fantastic views of the harbour. Another 100 metres from this beach is another bigger golden sandy beach next to an old winery. From the apartment it is a 15 minute stroll to the centre of the Universal area (Kato Paphos) with the bars, night life, lively tavernas with live music and harbour. The distance of this area from the apartment is sufficient to ensure you will not be disturbed by the music and general noise there.
75 metres from the apartment is a grocery store that does take-way baguettes and all beach things. Next door to the shop is a typical Cypriot café with hot cabinets full of home-made local food where you can eat in or take-way. If you went to the nearest beach you could pop back for a toasted sandwich and a drink without going to Kato Paphos, the main area around the harbour.

TV, full air-conditioning, fridge, combined oven and microwave, electric hob and hood. Kitchen with electric kettle, toaster and usual household items. Hairdryer, ironing board and steam iron. Swimming pool, ceramic tile floors, parking space, outside terrace, sun beds, house linen. Bed linen and towels changed weekly.

Paphos is a lively and fashionable resort with an abundance of greenery. Palms, oleander bushes and flowers are everywhere. There are plenty of interesting things to see and do by day or night.
